These terms and conditions, apply to all our bookings and by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

Please take the time to read the information below,as it contains information regarding your booking and any cancellation policy.

We pride ourselves in trying to be as flexible as possible.

1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
   

2. Cancellation within 4 weeks of your trip will result in the loss of the cost of your booking unless we are able to re-let. No refunds will be given for a cancellation by the guest less than 7 days before the holiday. We recommend you take out additional holiday insurance to cover this event if needed.
   

3. We do not take group bookings on site without prior discussion with the owners. This must be discussed on booking, otherwise Podiau Mon will have the right to cancel the booking.
   

4. Podiau Môn is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event that you are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond your control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action. Flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or other similar events (“Force Majeure”). It is recommended that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this. There is no refund if you decide to cut short your holiday.
   

5. It may be possible to change the dates of your holiday, if there is availability. There will be an administration fee of £10.00. Re arrangements cannot be made less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your original booking. Guests who cannot come due to coronavirus legal restrictions, will not be provided with a refund but will be re book at a later date, without an administrative fee. Please feel free to contact us to discuss if you are having a problem regarding your holiday booking.
   

6. The guests must be of 18 years of age or over at the time of booking, otherwise anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Bookings are made on the understanding that occupancy of the property is for holiday purposes only, for only the period of time agreed and only the number of occupants booked in.
   

8. The glamping pods are available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on the day of departure. A charge is made for any lost door keys. We ask you to contact re your estimated check in time. You are asked not to arrive before the check in time without prior arrangement
   

9. All pods are strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). Candles are strictly forbidden in the pods.
   

10. Your holiday price includes heating, electricity, bed linen for double bed and towels. The bed settee is only provided with a mattress topper, extra pillows are provided on request. You are requested to bag up all bedding /towels on checkout, with the provided bags. Towels are not for beach use, so you may wish to consider bringing your own.
    

11. All accommodation should be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found. Guests agree to pay a minimum of £50 to make good the accommodation if it is left in an unsuitable and unacceptable state. We do provide cleaning products to enable you to leave your pod clean and tidy. Bins need to be emptied and sorted in the bins provided in carpark.
    

12. In the interests of other holiday makers and residents, we reserve the right to request any holiday maker causing a disturbance, distress to other guests or behaving offensively to leave the accommodation immediately. As we are a small site we ask you to consider the noise level after 11pm, so as not to cause any offence to other guests on site.
    

13. The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises and the furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the premises, in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday, excepting fair wear and tear. An inventory is available. We require compensation for damage, breakages or loss of items.
    

14. If for any reason beyond the owners' control, the property is not available on the dates booked, all charges paid in advance by guests will be refunded in full (but guests have no further claim against the owners).
    

15. We cannot accept any obligation or liability for any alteration or cancellation caused by civil strife, strikes, sickness, bad weather, technical transportation problems or other circumstances.
    

16. We accept no responsibility for personal possessions either in or around the glamping pods or in cars parked in the parking area.
    

17. No dogs are allowed on site.
    

18. We provide a small welcome pack for all guests, please note that once the supplies have been used, the responsibility for their replenishment lies with the guests (i.e. toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar.
    

19. In the interest of safety, and the pods are wooden buildings, the position of your BBQ, should bear this in mind. Small fire pits are provided free of charge and must be kept, at times, on the designated slate-covered area by the benches. You are expected to clean and return the fire pits to the condition you found them at the end of your stay. BBQs are not allowed on the patio area of the pods.
    

20. Podiau Môn is based on a small working farm and access to the farm is prohibited for safety reasons unless accompanied by the owners.
    

21. Off-road car parking is available, this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to your vehicle. You are unable to park by the pod, and will have a short walk with your luggage to the pod.
    

22. We maintain an Accident book, please ensure that if you have an accident, that you report it to the owners for entry in the Accident Book.
    

23. If there is a problem or issue with anything in the pod please let us know as soon as possible so that we can get it resolved as promptly as possible. However, if you believe it necessary to complain about anything to do with the pod, you must inform us immediately so as to allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter/s and where possible resolve them. Under no circumstances will complaints be acceptable or any compensation be considered or made for complaints made after your holiday has ended, when you would have denied us the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavouring to put matters right during your stay.
    

24. Children are to be supervised at all times during your stay with Podiau Môn.
    

25. If required, Podiau Môn owners reserve the right to inspect the pods at reasonable times.
