Check in / Check out
- Arrival time after 2pm
- Guests are asked to leave no later than 11am
- We clean prior to your arrival but not during your stay.
Vehicles / Carpark
- You cannot drive right up to the pod. Help can be requested to help with any luggage.
- Cars are to be parked at the guest's own liability. Podiau Môn’s owners cannot accept any liability for any damages caused to property / or people / or damage / or theft from / or of your vehicle.
- We do ask that vehicles are parked in the guest carpark and do not block any entrances or gates, or access to the property.
Loss / Theft or Damages
- We accept no responsibility for personal possessions/ damages or any loss property in the pods, or in cars or on own property.
- Any incidents of breakages / damage or spillage we ask you to report to us so we may address and resolve amicably.
- Damages to contents of pods or pod will be charged for.
- We would request the pod & its contents are respected during your stay, clean condition on departure.
- Children are welcomed but we kindly ask for them to be supervised as Gweirglodd Bach is a small working farm.
Consideration on Site
To make your stay enjoyable, and other guests in other pods;
- We ask you to consider the noise that might interrupt others stay (especially after 11pm)
- We do reserve the right in the interest of others to request guests to leave, if causing a disturbance or causing offence.
- If the weather conditions turn bad, and you leave early, NO refund will be given due to weather changes.
- Minimum 2 night stay
- A 20% payment is required on booking, this is non- refundable.
- This will secure your booking.
- A booking confirmation will follow via email.
- The total balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- Making payments- a bank transfer is preferred (to reduce costs)
- Checks are also accepted
- To make a booking we ask you to fill out Podiau Môn booking form.
- We need your name, address, email & telephone to secure a booking.
- The price on booking includes electricity.
- You have a right to change a booking, please contact us. If we can make the change, we will happily amend your previous bookings. But we cannot guarantee this, the change may result in a change in cost, which will be expected to be made by the guest.
